Chocolate Cake Recipe

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

Add the oil and milk, then mix well.

Add the cocoa powder and stir until smooth.

Finally, add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently until well combined.

Grease a loaf pan (or line it with parchment paper).

Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 35–40 minutes (check with a knife—if it comes out clean, it’s done).

Let it cool completely before serving. You can top it with melted chocolate or sprinkle cocoa or powdered sugar.
