Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cloves minced garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

4 tortillas (whole wheat or gluten-free)

Optional: diced tomatoes, avocado slices, lettuce
Directions
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and set aside.
Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
Assemble the wraps by placing a generous amount of shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese on each tortilla.
Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides to secure the filling.
In the same skillet used to cook the chicken, heat the wraps until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
