Ingredients:
9 oz cheese tortellini
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
