Instructions:
Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
Mix cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl.
Separate the biscuits and cut a 1-inch hole in the center of each (use a cookie cutter or bottle cap). Save the holes.
Fry 3–4 biscuits at a time until golden brown on one side.
Flip and fry the other side. Fry the holes too.
Remove from oil and drain briefly on paper towels.
Coat in cinnamon sugar while still warm. Let cool slightly on a plate.
Tips:
Use a piping tip or water bottle cap to cut holes.
Flip with a wooden skewer.
You can also dust with powdered sugar or dip in chocolate glaze.
