Ingredients
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (200g) sugar
3 large eggs, at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup (120ml) milk or buttermilk
1 cup (160g) raisins (soaked in warm water or milk for 15 minutes, then drained)
1 tablespoon flour (to coat raisins before folding in)
