The Bedtime Banana Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana (with peel)
1 stick of cinnamon or ½ tsp cinnamon powder
A few thin slices of fresh ginger
2 cups of water
Optional: honey, lemon, or a pinch of turmeric
Instructions:
Wash the banana well and cut off the ends.
Place the entire banana (with peel!) into a small pot.
