Cut shell down the center and pull meat slightly out on top.
Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt & pepper.
Brush lobster meat with butter mixture.
Bake or broil at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 mins until opaque.
3. Shrimp Rice
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice
200g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion (chopped)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp turmeric (for color & flavor)
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
Add shrimp, season with paprika, turmeric, salt & pepper. Cook until pink.
Stir in cooked rice and mix well.
4. Garlic Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 bunch asparagus
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Trim asparagus ends.
Heat oil/butter in pan, add garlic.
Toss asparagus, cook 3–5 mins until bright green & slightly tender.
