Baked “KFC” Chicken

Directions

Place thawed chicken tenderloin strips in a bowl of buttermilk. Let soak for 20–30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut butter into a few pieces and place in a 9×13 baking pan. Melt butter in the preheated oven.

Spread melted butter around the bottom of the pan. Lightly spray the pan if needed to avoid dry spots.

In a bowl (or a resealable plastic bag), combine flour, Season-All, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Remove chicken from buttermilk, shaking off any excess. Completely coat each piece with the seasoning mix.

Place coated chicken pieces into the prepared pan with melted butter.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Turn each piece over and continue baking for another 20 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
