Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente (about 12 minutes). Drain.

Brown the beef in a skillet over medium-high heat (5–7 minutes). Drain fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce.

Mix spaghetti with cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt in a bowl. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and pasta is fully coated.

Assemble the dish:

Spread a small amount of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.

Add the spaghetti mixture.

Pour remaining meat sauce over the top.

Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

💡 Tips
Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Just bake when ready!

Want it spicy? Add crushed red pepper or use spicy Italian sausage instead of ground beef.
