Apple cake with vanilla pudding in 10 minutes in the oven

Preparation:
(Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a springform pan with a little butter.)

First, beat the butter with vanilla sugar, sugar, and a pinch of salt until creamy. Then gradually stir in the eggs one by one.

Next, add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla pudding powder and mix well. Gradually add the milk while stirring.

Now wash, peel, core the apples, and cut them into pieces as desired.

Gently fold the apple pieces into the batter using a spatula.

Finally, pour the batter with the apple pieces into the greased springform pan and bake on the middle rack for 40 to 50 minutes.
