American Chop Suey

Directions
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the onion, green pepper, and garlic, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, sugar, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer the mixture for about 10 minutes.
Add the cooked elbow macaroni to the skillet and stir until well combined. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Remove from heat and let the American Chop Suey sit for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy hot!
