Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Cheesecake Filling
4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Blueberry Swirl
½ cup blueberry jam or pie filling (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
1. Make the Cheesecake Filling
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese + 3 tbsp sugar + ½ tsp vanilla.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate while preparing the cookie dough.
