Cranberry Butterfly Butter

Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup finely chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened butter until light and fluffy.
2. Add the honey, orange zest, salt, and chopped cranberries. Mix until evenly combined.
3. Spoon the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper and shape it into a log.
4. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until firm, about 1–2 hours.
