Clam Chowder

🄣 Clam Chowder Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups clams (fresh or canned, chopped)

3 medium potatoes (peeled and diced)

1 onion (chopped)

2 celery stalks (chopped)

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

2 cups milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup clam juice (or fish stock)

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Optional: bacon bits or parsley for garnish
