Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the fat.

Pour 1 cup of the spaghetti sauce into the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker.

Mix the remaining spaghetti sauce with the cooked beef.

Place 2 uncooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce in the slow cooker.

Spread ⅓ of the meat sauce over the noodles.

Spread ¾ cup cottage cheese over the meat.

Sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella cheese over the cottage cheese.

Add another layer of uncooked noodles, then ⅓ of the meat sauce and cottage cheese, and another ½ cup mozzarella.

Add the final layer of uncooked noodles, the remaining meat sauce, and top with the rest of the mozzarella.

Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese over the top.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.

Tip:
If you let it cook a little longer, the cheese may brown slightly more for added flavor.
