3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Oreo Cookie Balls

Directions:

Crush the Oreos:

Place the Oreos in a food processor and pulse until finely ground into crumbs.

No food processor? Add Oreos to a sealed Ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin.

Mix with Peanut Butter:

In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and peanut butter.

Stir until fully incorporated, forming a thick, dough-like consistency.

Shape the Balls:

Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.

Chill in the freezer for 15–20 minutes to firm up.

Melt the Chocolate:

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Coat the Balls:

Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage.

Return to the tray and let set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Serve & Enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
