Instructions:
1. Dissolve the Gelatin:
In a blender, add the gelatin powder and hot water.
Blend well until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
2. Blend with Cream:
Add the heavy cream to the blender.
Blend for about 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
3. Set the Dessert:
Pour the mixture into a glass dish or silicone dessert mold.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm and set.
Tip:
You can substitute the cherry gelatin for any flavor of your choice, and use coconut or soy cream for a completely dairy-free version.
